Administration
The glue that binds IWS is our administrator. She handles:
- The contract negotiations with the various provincial Ministries that fund our programs,
- Deals with all budgetary items,
- Responds to general inquiries from the public,
- Manages the facility,
- Manages Human Resources/Personnel issues,
- Completes the financials,
- Acts as liaison to the Board of Directors,
- And more. . .
